舞钢20t/h燃煤锅炉脱硫装置改造工艺研究

摘要 循环流化床锅炉是近年来在国内外发展起来的新一代高效、低污染清洁燃烧技术。在20 t/h循环流化床锅炉增加脱硫装置,炉内燃料及脱硫剂经多次循环进行低温燃烧和脱硫反应,达到低NOX排放和90%的脱硫效率,大大降低酸性气体对环境的污染和对锅炉设备的腐蚀。通过增加脱硫装置的改造可以同时获得良好的环境效益和显著的经济效益。 Circulating fluidized bed type boiler is the new generation high efficiency, low pollution, clean combustion technique. Desulphurization device is installed on Wugang' s 20t/h circulating fluidized bed type boiler. After cyclic and repeated low temperature combustions and desulphurization reactions of the fuel and desulphudzing agent in the boiler, low NO, emission and 90% desulphurization efficiency have been achieved, the pollution of acid gas on environment and the corrosion of acid gas on boiler equipment have been reduced. Good environmental benefit and significant economic benefit have been obtained by installing the desulphurization device.
