摘要
本文着眼于"无车社区"理念对居住区开发建设实践启示的探讨,总结当前我国居住区开发建设过程中面临的若干问题,提出了在未来开发建设中的发展方向,对促进城市和城市居住区可持续发展有着重要意义。
Together with status, this paper discusses on construction and development of residential district based on concept of car-free community so as to be urban sustainable development.
