On Maintaining Socialism Ethnic Theory and Policy with Chinese Characteristics —— Analysis of Second-generation Ethnic Policy

"第二代民族政策"说是近年来民族研究中出现的"以族群替代民族"、民族问题"去政治化"观点的必然发展结果,是伪命题和主观臆断,违背了中国宪法,违背了中国的历史和国情,违背了民族与民族问题发展规律,违背了马克思主义民族理论。我国的民族研究要坚定不移地坚持中国特色社会主义民族理论和民族政策。

＂Second-generation ethnic policy＂ refers to the ideas such as ＂replacement of ethnic groups by racial groups＂ and ＂depoliticization＂ of ethnic issues.It is both a pseudo-proposition and a subjective assumption.It goes against Chinese constitution,Chinese history and status quo,the developmental rules of ethnic groups and ethnic issues,and ethnic theories of Marxism.Chinese ethnic study should faithfully follow socialism ethnic theory and policy with Chinese characteristics.
