Some Thoughts on the Sport Right——Based on the Research Existed

体育权利是一种基本权利,属于社会权范畴。对体育权利法律化、体育权利清单以及体育权利可诉性问题进行了分析,或提出应该注意的问题,或做了进一步引申,某种意义上讲,这些探讨丰富了体育权利理论。最后,在综合这些研究基础上发现,体育权利与体育公共服务均等化问题可能会成为未来一个时期的研究热点。

The sport right is a kind of basic rights and it belongs to social rights. This thesis does analysis on the law of sport right, sport right list and litigation, putting forward some problems that deserve attention. In some degree, all these above make the content of the sport right theory richer. At last, this thesis thinks that the problem of sport right and the equalization of sport public service will be the hot research topic in the future.
