广东省大中学校阳光体育运动实施过程与效果评价比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Implementation Process and the Effectiveness Evaluati on of Sunlight Sports in Colleges and Middle Schools in Guangdong Province

对广东省大中学校实施阳光体育运动的现状进行了调查,结果表明:第一,"阳光体育运动"实施过程存在差异。在校期间大学生锻炼主要集中在体育课与课外体育活动,中学生则以早操、大课间操为主;在离校期间高校学生锻炼比例高于中学生,80.00%以上的乡镇中学生不参加锻炼;在锻炼项目选择上大学生呈多元化状态,中学生则相对集中。第二,实施效果均不理想。每天锻炼一小时的学生比例均在10%以下,大学生比例相对较高;大学100%实施《国家学生体质健康标准》,城区、乡镇中学只达到83.33%和66.70%;大中学校学生《标准》测试结果及格率大于85%的学校比例较低,远未达到目标。第三,阳光体育运动实施高校总体上优于城区中学,城区中学优于乡镇中学。

This paper makes investigation on the status quo of sunlight sports in Guangdong Province＇s colleges and middle schools and the result shows ： 1） There are differences in the implementation process of ＂sunlignt sports＂. While at school, col- lege students mainly do exercises in the physical education classes and the extracurricular time, and middle school students main- ly participate in the morning exercises and the setting-up exercises during the break. During vacations, college students are more likely to do exercises compared with the middle school students. More than 80% of the villages and towns middle-school students do not participate in the physical exercises. Then, in terms of the choice of exercise program, the choice of college students are more diversified, while the choices of the middle school students are relatively concentrated. 2） The implementation results are not ideal. The students who spend one hour on exercises everyday are less than 10~//00 and the proportion of college students who spend one hour on exercises is higher. The universities 100 ~ implement the ＂National Student Physical Health Standard＂, while the cities and towns middle schools only reach 83.33~ and 66. 70%. The proportion of college and middle schools which pass the test results of the ＂National Student Physical Health Standard＂ is above 85 % and it＇s far from achieving its objective. 3） In the process of sunlight sports＇ implementation, colleges are superior to the city middle schools, and the city middle schools are superior to the villages and towns middle schools.
