腔内超声和血清癌胚抗原检测在直肠癌术前分期中的应用

摘要 近年来,腔内超声（ERUS）已成为直肠癌患者术前评估的重要手段,被普遍认为是直肠癌术前分期的首选方法.然而,有研究认为ERUS存在分期过度和分期不足现象[1].本文对76例直肠癌患者术前应用腔内超声检查进行分期,同时检测血清癌胚抗原（CEA）水平,探讨ERUS联用血清CEA检测对直肠癌术前分期诊断的准确性.
