中药结合氟伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病伴高脂血症的临床观察被引量：4

摘要目的:探讨应用中药结合氟伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病伴高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:对136例糖尿病肾病伴高脂血症的患者,给予口服中药及氟伐他汀20mg/d,检测服药前及服药后4周、8周血脂、肝功能、肾功能及载脂蛋白水平。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后血清TC、TG、LDL-C、Lp(a)、ApoB100水平均明显降低(P<0.05);HDL-C轻微上升(P>0.05);ALT、AST、SCr无明显变化。结论:口服中药和氟伐他汀用于以低密度脂蛋白增高为特征的高脂血症的糖尿病肾病患者疗效显著。
