摘要
在日常病案管理工作中,如何采取行之有效的策略,保证每个患者病案的完整性,是病案管理人员经常遇到的实际问题。解决此问题的关键就是始终保持患者的病案号唯一。本文对病案错号(一人多号、重号、空号)产生的原因进行分析,并就处理对策作简要探讨。
How to adopt effective strategies to ensure the integrity of each patient medical record,is practical problems in daily medical record management.The key to solve this problem is to always maintain the patient＇s medical record number only.Medical Records a wrong number（One-Number,Re-Number,Space-Number） causes were analyzed,and a brief discussion of the countermeasures.
