施工项目管理水平直接影响到建筑业的发展。"十二五"期间,更应加强施工项目管理。文章分析了施工项目管理存在的偏重项目数量、进度,忽视项目管理体系及工程质量,对施工项目安全性重视不够和施工项目管理制度不健全的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

The construction project management level directly affects the construction industry. In the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the enterprises should enhance the construction project management. This paper ana- lyzes the problems in the construction managment, such as emphasizing of the number of items and the progress of the project, but ignoring of the project management system and the quality of the project. Attention has not been enough paid to the construction project security and the construction project management system is not perfect. Then it puts forward some advice to strengthen the construction project management.
