摘要
建筑工程项目成本管理,对加强施工企业的竞争力具有重要作用,文章主要分析了目前建筑施工企业成本管理工作出现的新问题,探讨了解决问题的相应策略。
The construction project cost management is a must to the development of construction enterprises. It plays an important role in strengthening the competitiveness of construction companies. This paper analyzes the new issues in the cost management of construction enterprises, and explores the appropriate strategies to solve the new problems.
