摘要 用琼脂单项免疫扩散法测定牛乳免疫球蛋白和补体含量。结果表明 :初乳免疫球蛋白和补体C3 含量极显著高于常乳(P<0 01) ;初乳补体C4 含量显著高于常乳(P<0 05) ;初乳中免疫球蛋白和补体含量于产后3天达到高峰。 Determining contents of immunoglobulin and alexin in milk by Agar Immunodiffusion technique.Result:Contents of immunoglobulin and alexin C3 in colostrum was extremely significant high above ordinery milk(P<0.01)and contents of alexin C4 was significant high above ordinery milk(P<0.05), These contents rose on peak after calving.‘Key word’Milk,Immunoglobulin, Alexinmpletely.The starch contents in grape shoots increased more obviously by grafting than by cuttings in same species.Grafting was benificial to bud and shoot maturation and winter survival.
