摘要
社会道德风尚反映社会中绝大多数人的道德水平,它通过示范和引导,对大学生精神世界的形成起到强化作用。剖析大学生成长成才影响利与弊,将管理学中的SWOT分析法运用其中,通过分析威胁和机会,提出积极的对策和建议。
Social ethics reflects moral standards of the vast majority of people in the society.Through demonstration and guidance,it plays a role in strengthening the formation of college students’ spiritual world.Based on analysis its pros and cons effect of Students ’ growth and success,the paper adopt the SWOT analysis in the management.By analyzing the threats and opportunities,we propose active countermeasures and suggestions.
