周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的MR诊断

MR diagnosis of peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

摘要：目的：探讨周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的MR诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析20例经病理证实的周围型胆管细胞癌的MRI平扫和动态增强扫描表现。结果：所有病灶均显示满意，动态、平扫增强符合率为94．1％。结论：MR平扫与动态增强相结合，具有特征性，为周围型肝内胆管细胞癌患者的MR诊断、鉴别提供依据。

Abstract： Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in peripheral cholangiocellullar carcinoma. Methods： MRI findings of 20 cases with peripheral cholangiocellullar carcinoma proved surgically and pathologically were reviewed retrospectively. Result： All lesions of 20 patients were shown satisfsctorilly on plain MRI . The accuracy of diagnosing location of peripheral cholangiocellullar carcinoma with MRI were 94.1%. Conclu- sion：Plain and dynamic contrast enhancement images of MRI examinations can provide the basis of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of periph- eral cholangiocellullar carcinoma.
