社区治疗腔隙性脑梗塞患者的临床分析

Community--based treatment in patients with lacunar infarction clinical analysis

摘要：目的：探讨社区治疗腔隙性脑梗塞患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2007年1月至2011年12月我院收治的95例腔隙性脑梗塞患者，将其分为两组：一组住院治疗，另一组不住院社区治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：社区治疗组与住院组相比较，治疗效果明显较好，费用也较少，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：社区治疗在康复以及降低经济负担方面具有较大优势,值值得推广。

Abstract：Objective：To study the treatment of commtmity of lacunar cerebral infarction patients for clinical curative effect. Methods：95 cases were lacunar cerebral infarction patients were d^vided into two groups： a group of hospitalization,another group of not community treatment in hospital, compare two sets of therapeutic effect. Result,The community hospital treatment group and group compared, the treatment effect is good, costs less, significant difference （P〈O. 05）. Conclusion：Treatment of rehabilitation has a bigger superiority,is worthy to be popularized.
