切开复位交叉克氏针内固定治疗16例Bennett骨折的短期临床疗效观察

Short--term observation and study of open reduction and cross Kirschner for fixation of 16 Bennett fracture

摘要：目的：探讨应用切开复住交叉克氏针内固定治疗Bennett骨折的短期临床效果。方法：采用切开复位克氏针治疗Bennett骨折16倒，男12例，女4例，年龄13—45岁。结果：术后随访平均12个月（6月～18月），优14例，迭87．5％；良2例，迭12．5％。结论：应用切开复位克氏针内固定治疗Bennett骨折，疗效满意，复位可靠，能早期进行功能锻炼。其远期临床效果有待进一步研究。

Abstract：Objective： To explore the short--term clinical outcome of open reduction and cross Kirschner for fixation of 16 Bennett fracture. Meth- ods：Open reduction and cross Kirschner for fixation were applied to the treatment of 16 Bennett fracture,included 12 male and 4 female aged from 13 to 45. Resu｜t; All of patients were followed up for an average of !2 months （6months-18montb.s ）, excellent in 14 eases ,87.5 %, good in 2 cases, 12.5~. Conclusion： The outcome of open reduction and cross Kirsehner for fixation of Bennett fracture is satisfactory and allows early functional ex- ercises. While its long--term outcome needs further study.
