北京沟域经济发展过程中农业用地流转现状研究

Research on agricultural land transfer in Beijing ditch domain economic development process

北京沟域经济是一种将沟域内的旅游景点、文化村庄、观光园区、特色产品等经济元素组合在一起多产业融合的产业带。随着沟域经济的发展,北京通过加快农地流转,提升了山区农业生产规模集约化经营。本文在总结北京郊区农业用地土地流转现状的基础上,针对北京沟域经济发展过程中农业用地流转存在的问题,提出了相应对策建议。

Beijing ditch domain economy is a new industrial organization form, which put the groove in the domain tourist at- tractions, cultural village, sightseeing park and special products of economic elements together. Along with the development of economic ditch domain and huge land demand, Beijing speed up the circulation of rural land to promote the hilly agricultural production scale intensive management. The paper summarizes the existing problems of agricultural land transfer, and puts for- ward the corresponding countermeasures.
