摘要
中药蕴含巨大的商业价值。我国中药类产品附加值低,中成药出口呈现逆差,商业价值未被充分发掘。同是秉承中医药理论和药材基础的日本汉方药,却在国际市场上表现优异,其质量控制、商业开发、专利保护等方面均优于中成药。从技术、商业、法律3个角度出发,探讨中成药商业价值的影响因素,为我国中药产业的发展提供参考。
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is of huge business value. The added value of TCM products in our country is low; the export of Chinese patent medicine presents trade deficit; the business potential is far from being fully explored. Japan Han prescription, also in accordance with the theory of TCM and based on Chinese materia medica, appears to be excellent in the international market, because its quality control, business exploit, patent protection are all better than these of Chinese patent medicine. Exploring the influencing factors of TCM's business value from the perspective of technology, business and law will provide some references for the development of our country's TCM industry.
