认知语言学界认为,人们对意象图式的习得先于语言,储存在人脑中的意象图式对人类的语言有很大的影响。通过分析储存在人脑中的意象图式之一始源-路径-终点图式对隐喻思维,会话原则,花园路径句等人类话语思维活动的解释力,来探讨始源-路径-终点图式对人类的语言认知过程的巨大影响。

Cognitive linguistics believes that people＇s acquisition of image schemata is earlier than their language, and image schemata stored in people＇s brains play a significant role in people＇s language. This paper aims at analyzing the explanatory force of source - path -goal schema, one of image schemata, on people＇s discourse thinking activities like metaphor thinking, conversational principles, garden path sentence, etc, to explore the significant influence of source - path - goal schema on people＇s language and cognition.
