摘要
分析了高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设中出现的问题,并有针对性的提出建立"双师型"教师终身培训体系,形成有高职特色的激励评价机制等解决问题的策略和建议,以期理顺"双师型"教师的管理机制,促进"双师型"教师队伍建设向更健康的方向发展。
This paper focuses on analyzing problems appearing in the construction of the dual quality teacher team in high vocational colleges. It proposes the problem solving strategies and recommendations such as the establishment of dual quality teachers' lifelong training system, the formation of the incentive and evaluation mechanisms with high vocational colleges feature in order to straighten out the management mechanism of the dual quality teacher and to promote the construction of dual quality teacher toward more healthy direction.
