清利活血养阴方对IgA肾病患者血管内皮生长因子水平的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察清利活血养阴方治疗IgA肾病(IgAN)的疗效及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法经肾活检确诊IgAN患者48例,对照组24例予控制感染、控制血压、激素等治疗;治疗组24例在对照组治疗的基础上加服清利活血养阴方,连续治疗3个月。结果 2组治疗后临床症状均有改善,但治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05);肾小球轻微病变型、局灶节段性肾小球硬化型、局灶增生型、弥漫增生型血VEGF水平与正常人比较均有明显升高(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后血肌酐(Scr)下降,24h尿蛋白定量(UTP)下降,血VEGF水平下降(P<0.01),2组治疗后比较,P<0.01。结论清利活血养阴方通过抑制VEGF的分泌和表达,从而减少蛋白尿,延缓疾病进展。 OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effects of Huoxue Yangyin Fang on IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) and influence on the level of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). METHODS This paper diagnosed 48 cases of IgAN patients through renal biopsy, 24 cases in the control group taking oral hormone; 24 cases in treatment group given Huoxue Yangyin Fang besides hormone for 3 months. RESULTS The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved after treatment, but the treatment group improved more significantly (P〈0.05). Compared with normal people, blood VEGF level of patients of glomerular minor lesion, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, focal and diffuse proliferation all increased (P〈0.01). Scr, UTP in 24h and blood VEGF level dropped (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION Huoxue Yangyin Fang reduces albuminuria and delays the possibility of disease progression by inhibitting VEGF secretion and expression, which may be one of its mechanisms for treating IgAN.
