构建研究生思想政治教育“三全育人”模式

The Graduate Ideological and Political Education Mode Which All Members Participate in Comprehensively throughout the whole Process

"三全育人"模式是指以全员、全方位、全过程育人为指导,全面、系统、整体构建的育人体系。"三全育人"模式的构建有利于从系统和整体的角度解决研究生思想政治教育中存在的问题。构建研究生思想政治教育"三全育人"模式即专、兼职结合构建全员育人模式;点面交叉构建全方位育人模式;运用思想政治教育的隐性功能渗透到研究生生活之中,构建全过程育人模式,使研究生思想政治教育立体而完整。沈阳农业大学的实践证明"三全育人"模式能够使思想政治工作中零散的实践经验得到系统地总结与提炼,丰富思想政治教育途径,将教育点滴渗透到研究生的学习生活中,提高研究生的综合素质。

Abstract： The advantage of constructing the graduate ideological and political education mode which all members participate in comprehensively in the whole process lies in the fact that it helps solve the problems that exist in the graduate ideological and political mode involves that combining full-time staff with education systematically and completely. Constructing such a part-time staff, linking work at selected areas with that in entire areas, applying the implicit function of ideological and political education to graduate daily life in a penetrative way, rendering it complete and solid. The practice in Shen^can~ Agricultural University shows that the this mode summarizes and refines the incomplete experience in graduate ideological and political education systematically, enriches the methods on ideological and political education and infiltrates the education into graduates＂ study and life bit by bit, improving their comprehensive quality.
