摘要
综合评价了国内5台典型的600 MW亚临界机组,并以其中一台机组为案例进行了节能分析。该机组通过对汽轮机的一系列节能治理,机组热耗率降低106 kJ?kWh-1,供电煤耗下降4.1 g?kWh-1;对锅炉鼓、引风机和脱硫系统相关辅机的改造共降低厂用电率0.26%,供电煤耗下降0.86 g?kWh-1。此外,分析认为消除汽机低压旁路阀泄漏及降低锅炉飞灰含碳量,供电煤耗还有降低1.3 g?kWh-1的潜力。
Five domestic typical 600 MW subcritical power units were comprehensive evaluated, and an analysis of energy saving performance for one of the power units was made in this paper. After energy saving optimization of the steam turbine, the heat consumption of the power unit is reduced by 106 kJ·kWh^-1 and the net coal consumption by 4.1 g·kWh^-1. The improvement was also made on the boiler auxiliaries, which reduced the power consumption rate by 0.26% and net coal consumption by 0.86 g·kWh^-1. It was deemed by analysis that the net coal consumption could further be reduced by 1.3 g·kWh^-1 by eliminating the leaking of low-pressure bypass-valve and decreasing carbon content in fly ash.
