摘要
在24℃条件下,饲养二斑叶螨对螺螨酯抗性品系(R)和敏感品系(S),系统观察2品系的生长发育和生殖情况,构建实验种群生命表,比较其一系列生命、生殖及种群动态参数。结果表明:二斑叶螨抗性品系(R)的孵化率、幼螨成活率、有效产卵量、内禀增长率等均具有不利性,抗性品系(R)相对适合度仅为敏感品系(S)的0.582倍,存在适合度缺陷。
Abstract: Development and reproduction of the spirodiclofen-resistant (R) and susceptible (S) strains of Tetranychus urticae were evaluated at 24°C .The life tables of experimental population of both strains were established. The fitness of two strains was analyzed by population life table parameters. The results indicated that the R strain was more disadvantageous in hatchability, prolonged larval duration, lower effective fecundity and intrinsic rate of increase. The relative fitness value of the resistant strains was only 0.582 times of that of the susceotible strain.
