摘要
试验结果表明 ,多菌灵在液体培养基和不同土壤中的降解较慢 ,且对荧光菌 P32 没有不良作用 ,相反还可以促进其在棉花根际的定殖 ,1 0 μg· g- 1多菌灵的促进作用可以持续 1 1 0 d,以处理后 30 d达高峰 ,P32 数量是未用多菌灵的1 2 .89倍。用半量多菌灵和 P32 混合物处理棉种 ,结果为混合物、多菌灵、P32 盆栽防效分别为72 .7%、 50 .5%和 42 .3%,大田防效分别为79.2 %、50 .8%和 62 .3%。
Experiments on degradation of carbendazim(MBC)treated with different soils were conducted. It was found that MBC was not harmful to P 32 (a strain of Pseudomonas fluorescens)but stimulating its colonization in rhizosphere of cotton. The stimulating activity of 10μg·g -1 MBC could last 110 days, and got summit in 30 days, the amount of P 32 was much as 12.89 times as the control of non MBC. Treated with mixture of half MBC and P 32 ,the control effect in pot of mixture,MBC and P 32 showed 72.7%,50.6% and 42.3%, that in field showed 79.2%,50.8% and 62.3%, respectively.
