The Paper reviewed the development status of the coal, electric power and aluminium industrial chain in Yanzhou Coal Mining Group, analyzed the formation and development causes of the coal, electric power and aluminium industrial chain in Yanzhou Coal Mining Group and stated the certain practices on coal, electric power and aluminium industrial chain development mode implemented in Yanzhou Coal Mining Group.
