摘要
分析了栽培基质中多种营养源的产量和质量效应,结果表明,香菇菌丝对栽培基质具有营养选择性,选择性表现在营养因子的物理化学存在形式、营养因子间的相互作用以及香菇的产量和质量水平对营养的需求。营养的选择性也是保持栽培基质中有效养分平衡的基础,根据营养选择性配置了在香菇栽培基质中用量为8%的添加物,并获得优于对照的产量和质量效应。
The investigation on the effect of various nutritional sources in the cultivated substrate on the yield and quality of L. edodes showed that L. edodes mycelia were possessed of nutritional selectivity on the physical and chemical existing form of the nutrition factors, the interaction of nutrition factors and the nutrition demand of L. edodes yield and quality. It was proved in our analysis that the nutritional selectivity of L. edodes mycelia was the basis for keeping the equilibrium of effective nutrients in the cultivated substrate. According to the nutritional selectivity of L. edodes mycelia, the compounding of 8% nutritional additives was defined and yield and quality effect better than that of the control was obtained .
