在水分胁迫下香蕉叶片质膜透性增加,叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量下降过氧化物酶(POD)活性则先升后降,抗旱性较强的类型相对含水量和叶绿素含量下降幅度较小,过氧化物酶活性上升幅度大,抗旱性较弱的类型则相反;香蕉的遗传基础与抗旱性密切相关,ABB类抗旱性强,AAB类次之。
Under water stress, the relative plasmalemma permeability in leaves of banana increased; The chlorophyll, soluble protein and relative water content in leaves decreased, the peroxidase activity increased during the first four days but then decreased. The responses of weaker drought tolerance variety were greater than that of higher drought tolernance variety. The ABB type of genetic was the hightest drought tolerance and the AAA type of genetic was the weakest.
