水牛感染肝片吸虫后红细胞免疫功能的变化

STUDY ON THE RBC IMMUNE FUNCTION OF WATER BUFFALOES INFECTED EXPERIMENTALLY WITH FASCIOLA HEPATICA

选择20头23岁、体重300400kg健康雄性去势水牛,经粪便检查和DotELISA检测确认为无肝片形吸虫感染后进行两个系列的实验。第一系列实验8头水牛随机分成感染组(n=5)和对照组(n=3),感染组每头水牛每天口服60个囊蚴,连续20天,共感染1200个囊蚴,研究慢性感染方式对机体红细胞免疫功能的影响;第二系列实验12头水牛随机分成感染组(n=9)和对照组(n=3),,感染组每头水牛1次性经口感染1600个囊蚴,研究急性感染方式对红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果发现:慢性感染方式水牛的红细胞总数与对照组相比无显著差异;而急性感染方式的水牛的红细胞总数从感染后第3周开始显著下降,以后在显著低于或低于对照组波动,13周后上升到与对照组相近水平。慢性和急性感染方式水牛的红细胞C3b受体花环率分别在感染后的第2和1周开始呈下降趋势;与此同时,免疫复合物(IC)花环率呈上升趋势。结果提示:肝片吸虫感染能显著抑制宿主的红细胞免疫功能。

Twenty healthy male tesictomy water buffaloes of 2 3 years old with 300 400kg body weight as well as no fasciolosis comfirmed by fecal examination and Dot ELISA test.Two series of experiment were conducted in water buffaloes.Water buffaloes in First series of experiment were randomly divide into infection group (n=5) and control group (n=3).Each buffalo of infection group orally administrated 60 F.heptica metacercariae dayly and total 1 200 metacercariae during 20 days.Water buffaloes in second series of experiment were randomly also divide into infection group(n=9) and control group(n=3).And each buffalo infected once with 1 600 metacercariae.Blood RBC and rosette rate of RBC were measured during the course of infection.The results indicated that Blood RBC started to reduce significantly at the 3rd week after infection in water buffaloes of acute infection with F.hepatica , then wave at relative low level till the 13th week,but no apparent changes in water buffaloes of chronic infection.RBC CR 1 rosette rate of water buffaloes of chronic and acute infection tended to decline at the 2nd and 1st week of postinfection,respectively.At same time,IC rosette rate of both of infection group tended to increased.
