摘要
通过对A出版社近5年的市场销售情况及数据进行统计和分析,确定了影响出版社图书销售量和经济效益的几个重要因素.在此基础上,运用多元线性逐步回归方法得出2006年各分社以及各个课程的单位书号销售量;界定了包含满意度、市场占有率、出版社的相对地位等属性的强势产品概念,并用熵权法和逼近理想点法(TOPSIS)建立了一个强势度排序指标.文章的最后,应用二步决策思想进行资源优化配置,很好地解决了书号配置问题.
Basing on the statistics and analysis of the sales circumstance of a publishing house in 5 years,the thesis fixes on some important factors of book sales volume and economic benefits. On this basis, the thesis comes out the sales volume of every branch offices and every book number of courses by using multicollinearity stepwise regression, and confirms attributive strong power product concep- tion on degree of satisfaction, market share, and relative position of publishing house. In addition, it builds up the sorting index of strong power degree. At the end of the thesis, the disposing problem ol book numbers was settled by applying most optimum distribution of resources on second step decision- making ideas.
