摘要
首先制备出粒径为136.5 nm、表面电荷为+24.3mV的碘化油阳离子乳剂,然后以绿色荧光质粒pEG-FP-C1为模型药物,通过在体外细胞培养来观察碘化油阳离子乳剂作为基因载体对机体细胞转染率的影响.体外细胞培养结果显示,碘化油阳离子乳剂复合物的细胞膜穿过率明显提高,转染率远高于裸质粒.
Iodized oil cationic emulsion' s particle diameter is 136.5nm and surface charge is + 24.3mV. The green-fluorescence plasmid pEGFP-Cl is the model drug, and the genetic carrier which effects transfection efficien- cy of body cell culture in vitro is observed. The experiment results indicate that the cellular membrane permeating percentage rises obviously and its transfection efficiency is higher that that of plasmid.
