3D Modeling and Parametric Design of Involute Gear Based on CATIA

运用CATIA提出了一种新的渐开线生成方法,该方法能根据渐开线的形成原理生成比较准确的渐开线.在准确画出渐开线后,对齿轮三维建模并进行参数化设计,能够提高设计效率.

This paper puts forward a new CATIA involute generation method,and this method does not need the involute parameter equation.Based on the forming principle of involute generating,the involute is very accurate.After the involute is complete,3D modeling of gear and parametric design,can be actualized.This method reduces the repeated work and improves the design efficiency.
