摘要
目的利用碲化镉-3-巯基丙酸(CdTe-3-MPA)核壳量子点在大鼠体内建立一种简单高效的淋巴实时显像方法。方法分别于大鼠(n=15)前肢皮下、后肢皮下、胃窦部胃小弯侧浆膜下注射量子点,观察量子点移行情况。结果四肢注射的量子点,15min即出现明显移行,前肢移行到腋窝,后肢则移行到腹股沟。随着时间的延长,量子点继续沿着淋巴管移行,但始终没有越过前正中线。胃部注射的量子点,30min时移行至胃后面淋巴结。结论CdTe-3-MPA核壳量子点的淋巴系统成功显像提示CdTe-3-MPA核壳量子点具有辅助淋巴结显影的新潜力。
Objective To develop a real-time imaging method for identifying lymph nodes with CdTe-3-MPA quantum dots in rats.Methods Different rats(n=15) received CdTe-3-MPA quantum dots injection at the subserosal layer in the lesser curvature of gastric antrums,the subcutaneous of anterior and posterior limbs,respectively.Then draining lymphatic channels and lymph nodes were visualized by a near-infrared fluorescence imaging system.Results Lymph nodes with CdTe-3-MPA quantum dots were visualized after 15 minutes in the axillary fossa and groin after CdTe-3-MPA quantum dots injection at the subcutaneous of anterior and posterior limbs.However,CdTe-3-MPA quantum dots did not transfer to the contralateral parts in the whole process.Quantum dots were distributed in the back of stomach 30 minutes after CdTe-3-MPA quantum dots injection at the stomach.Conclusions Near-infrared fluorescence imaging of lymph nodes with CdTe-3-MPA quantum dots suggests a novel potential for assisting images of lymph nodes.
