倒置性毛囊角化病8例临床与病理分析

Clinicopathologic Analysis of Eight Cases of the Inverted Follicular Keratosis

目的探讨皮肤倒置性毛囊角化病的临床病理学特征。方法对8例皮肤倒置性毛囊角化病临床病理资料进行回顾性分析,并复习文献。结果 8例倒置性毛囊角化病,男3例,女5例,男女比例为0.6:1,中位年龄46岁,病程2个月～1年不等,分别发生于面部、颈部、腋窝、胸部和下肢。临床症状与病变部位有关或无自觉症状。皮损以丘疹为主,直径2～14mm,表皮均有不同程度的内生性生长,亦可伴有向外呈乳头状瘤或疣样、角化棘皮瘤样增生,下肢1例为小囊肿,各例均可见特征性鳞状涡形成。结论倒置性毛囊角化病为一少见病,临床表现缺乏特征性,主要组织病理学特征为内生性生长和鳞状涡形成。

Objective To analyse the clinicopathologic features of inverted follicular keratosis. Methods The clinico- pathologic informations of eight eases inverted follicular keratosis were analyzed and some related literatures were reviewed. Results Eight cases inverted follicular keratosis consisted of 3 males and 5 female. The ra- tio between male and female was 0.6 ： 1 with a median age of 46. Its course lasted from 2 months to 1 years, which occured on the face, neck, armpits, chest and legs, respectively. Clinical manifestations related with lesion site about or no symptoms. Skin lesions were papules mainly with diameter range 2-14mm. Skin grew in the direction of inside to varied extent or in the direction of outside like Papillary knobs , warts or keratoacanthomas . One of them in legs contained a small cyst. All of the cases were characterized by forma- tion scaly whirlpool. Conclusion Clinical manifestation of inverted follicular keratosis was a rare disease. Due to lack of specific clinical manifestations, the main histopathological features are endogenous growth and squamous eddy formation.
