摘要
患者男,58岁。面部、躯干、四肢出现红色斑疹、丘疹及丘疱疹2个月,无痒感。皮损组织病理见局灶性基底细胞层上裂隙,少量棘层松解细胞,直接和间接免疫荧光检查阴性。诊断为暂时性棘层松解性皮病。结合本例特点进行相关文献复习。
A 58-year-old man had developed red plaque,papule and papulevesicle on face,trunk and extremities for 2 months,without itching . Histopathological examination showed focal fissure and some acantholytic cells in basal membrane,and direct and indirect immunofluorescence tests were negative. The diagnosis of this pa- tient was transient aeantholytic dermatosis. The literature relates the case was reviewed.
