消风止痒颗粒联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹44例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaofengzhiyang Granules combined with Ebastine in Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的观察消风止痒颗粒联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法 86例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服消风止痒颗粒12g,3次/d,联合依巴斯汀片10mg,1次/d,对照组仅用依巴斯汀片,用法同治疗组。疗程均为28d。结果治疗第28天两组有效率分别为97.73%和80.95%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访4周后复发率分别为27.27%和45.24%,治疗组低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消风止痒颗粒联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹痊愈率高,复发率低,安全性较好。

Objective To observe efficacy and safety of Xiaofengzhiyang granules combined with ebastine in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into two groups, treatment group was treated with Xiaofengzhiyang granules combined with ebastine and control group with ebastine only. Effect was observed on 14th day and 28th day. Relapse rates were recorded in 4 weeks after treatment. Results Efficient rates of treatment group and control group were 97.73% and 80.95% at 28th day, respectively. There was significantly statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Relapse rates in two groups were 27.27% and 45.24% , respectively. There wasn＇ t significantly statistical differ- ence between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Xiaofengzhiyang granules combined with ebastine have high chnical efficacy and safety in treatment of chronic urticaria.
