Optimization of Extraction Technology of Duhuo Gegen Decoction by Orthogonal Experiment

目的优选独活葛根汤提取工艺。方法以葛根素、芍药苷、蛇床子素含量及浸膏得率为指标,以溶媒用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为用10倍药材量的40%乙醇回流提取3次,每次60 min。结论该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为进一步开发利用该处方提供参考。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Duhuo Gegen decoction. Methods The extraction technology of Duhuo Gegen decoction was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the contents of puerarin, peoniflorin, osthole, and the yield of solid substance as indexes, and the amount of solvent, the extraction time and extraction times as factors. Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows： adding 10 times amount of 40% alcohol to reflux extracted 3 times, 60 min for each time. Conclusion The optimum process is reasonable, stable and feasible, and provides basis for further development and utilization of Duhuo Gegen decoction.
