新生期痫性发作对海马齿状回神经发生的影响

摘要 海马齿状回颗粒细胞层下区(subgranular zone,SGZ)是哺乳动物主要的神经发生区域之一。痫性发作可诱导SGZ新生神经细胞异常增殖、迁移、整合,而且可以对学习记忆能力产生影响。目前,新生期痫性发作后神经发生的机制尚未阐明,已有研究发现该过程受多种因素调节。本文就新生期痫性发作对海马齿状回神经发生的影响及可能的调节机制进行综述。
