冠脉支架再狭窄是临床治疗的难点,多种方法都存在着诸多缺陷,基于药物涂层球囊的新技术可有效治疗支架术后再狭窄,目前正逐渐成为冠脉介入治疗领域一个研究热点。本文对紫杉醇涂层球囊在治疗冠脉支架术后再狭窄中的作用作一综述。

Coronary in-stent restenosis is a difficult point in clinical work, as many therapeutic means have a great deal of disadvantages. As the coated balloon is very effective in treating in-stent restenosis, it is becoming a hot research topic in the field of coronary interventional therapy. This article aims to make a comprehensive review concerning the clinical effect of paclitaxel-coated balloon in the treatment of coronary in-stent restenosis.
