摘要
通过对不同表面加工状态的绵羊服装革、绵羊服装革加附涤纶衬里或腈纶棉后的复合试样,以及PU、PVC合成服装革材料在保暖性、透水汽性、透气性能等方面的比较研究,探讨了影响绵羊服装革材料热湿舒适性能的主要因素。结果表明:试验用单层材料中,绵羊服装革保暖性最好;组合材料保暖性能比单层材料大大提高;服装革材料的透气性、透水汽性,与材料表面加工工艺、涂层以及材料中的孔隙率状态有直接关系。不同加工工艺对服装革材料的通透性能影响显著。
Experiment study was focused on warmth retention property, water vapor permeability and air permeability in different surface processing status of sheep clothing leathers. Compound samples such as sheep clothing leather with polyester lining and acrylic cotton and PU, PVC synthesis garment leather materials was compared, and the influence on the heat and vapor passing through property of sheep clothing leather was studied. The results show that among all the single - layer materials, warmth retention property of sheep clothing 1 eather is the best. Warmth retention property of combined material is improved greatly than that of single - layer materials. Air permeability and water vapor permeability of garment leather materials is directly affected by material surface process technology, finishing and porosity of the materials. The different production technology has great influence on the permeability of garment leather.
