含氟无规两亲聚合物存在下含氟无皂乳液制备及表面性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation and Surface Property of Fluorinated Acrylate Copolymer Emulsifier-free Emulsion in the Presence of Fluorinated Random Amphiphilic Polymer

摘要 以含氟无规两亲聚合物(ASRF)为稳定剂,甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(FA)、苯乙烯等为单体,制备出含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物无皂乳液(PFAE)。研究了ASRF、FA用量对PFAE稳定性、乳胶膜吸水率和表面自由能的影响,并讨论了热处理对乳胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:适当增加ASRF和FA用量、提高处理温度,均有利于降低乳胶膜的吸水率和表面自由能;处理温度从30℃提高至110℃,吸水率可从31.49%降至12.08%,乳胶膜表面自由能下降幅度接近13.6%。ASRF和FA对PFAE稳定性均有一定影响。 Fluorinated acrylate copolymer emulsifier -free emulsion (PFAE) was prepared by emulsifier -free polymerization of hexafluoro - butyl methacrylate ( FA), styrene (St) and so on in the presence of fuorinated random amphiphilie polymers ( AS- RF) copolymerized by FA, St and acrylatic acid. Effects of ASRF content and FA content on the stability of PFAE, water absorp- tion and surface free energies of the films were investigated. Additionally, effect of treatment temperature on the film properties was also discussed. The results show that the appropriate increases of ASRF content, FA content and treatment temperature are good for the decreases of water absorption and surface free energies of the films. When the treatment temperature increases from 30℃ to 110℃, the water absorption of the film decreases from 31.49% to 12.08%, and the decline of the surface free energy of the film reaches about 13.6%. There are some effects of ASRF content and FA content on the stability of PFAE.
