摘要
目的:构建、设计多通道柔性薄膜微电极阵列阻抗自动测试分析系统,并在该系统下对视网膜柔性薄膜微电极阵列进行阻抗测试分析与性能评估。方法:通过分析电极-电解液界面电化学理论、阻抗模型及三电极测试原理,构建系统的硬件平台,并基于LabVIEW开发阻抗测试系统软件平台。结果:系统能自动完成微电极阵列的阻抗测试、数据处理与分析。视网膜柔性薄膜微电极阻抗幅值与相位随频率变化而减小,在1 kHz下阻抗幅值为:22.8 kΩ±2.9 kΩ。结论:多通道柔性薄膜微电极阵列阻抗自动测试分析系统具有高效、快捷简便、高精度、数据自动处理分析与存档等优良特性。视网膜柔性薄膜微电极阵列的阻抗性能符合神经电极的设计要求。
Objective: To constitute and design a impedance automatic testing and analyzing system for the multichannel flexible thin-film microelectrode array,and test the impedance of retinal microelectrode array with this system.Methods: This paper des-cribes electrochemical theory of electrode-electrolyte interface,impedance model and theory of three electrode,then constitutes system hardware platform and designs system software based on LabVIEW.Results: Impedance testing experiment for retinal microelectrode array showed that the system could automatically test impedance of the electrode and process testing data.And the impedance amplitude and phase of retinal microelectrode array decreased by the increasing frequency,and the impedance amplitude at 1 kHz is 22.8 kΩ±2.9 kΩ.Conclusions: The system has the following excellent characteristics: high efficient,convenient,high-precision,data automatically processing and analyzing.The impedance performance of retinal microelectrode array can comply with the design requirements of nerve electrode.
