摘要
医学超声物理内容涉及物理(声学)、电子学、超声成像原理和超声诊断学知识,建立在声学和电子技术基础上的超声成像原理,是分析超声声像图、进行诊断的基础。所以讲授方法采用层层铺垫、相关知识有机融合的教学方法,优化超声物理知识结构是我们的教学特色。另外,在授课中采用声学(science)、超声成像原理、技术(technology)及其对社会(so-ciety)影响的教学模式,即STS教学模式,能够有效地培养学生知识迁移能力和创造力。另外,为提高教学质量,我们采用多媒体和超声科室见习的教学方法。采用多媒体教学不仅能够播放学生喜闻乐见的教学电影、超声设备图片、各种声像图,使抽象知识直观、生动,而且丰富教学内容,激发学生兴趣。另外,为使学生了解课堂知识在临床医学的具体应用,我们与医院超声科室联系,多次组织学生见习,请超声临床诊断医师及技术人员给学生当场讲解仪器的构成,操作方法及应用,进一步巩固学生习得的知识。
Ultrasound physics is relevant to acoustics,electronics,ultrasound imagining principle and medical diagnosis.Ultrasound imagining principle based on acoustic and electronics knowledge,is applied to analyze ultrasonography to diagnose diseases.In our teaching method,progressively deepening is adopted and the related disciplines are mixed properly.So that the knowledge structure of ultrasound physics is optimized.To build the capacity of the students,acoustics(science),ultrasound imagining principle(technology) and its social influence(society) teaching mode(STS) are introduced to our teaching.Multimedia tools and department trainee are adopted to improve teaching quality.First,by multimedia tools we can not only play popular teaching movies,pictures of ultrasonic equipments,various kinds of ultrasonograms.It makes the Abstract:knowledge intuitive,vivid and stimulates the students’ interest.Second,to make students understand the clinical application of ultrasound,we contact the hospital ultrasound department and let the students learn on the job,inviting doctors and technicians to explain the structure of the instruments,operation methods and application,so as to deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge.
