摘要
护士长竞争上岗,掀开了护理用人制度新的一页。竞争机制的引入,使选拔护士长工作由幕后走到了台前:公开、公平、公正。改写了传统模式下护士长任职终身制、论资排辈的被动格局。通过2 次护士长竞争上岗,初步建立了一种“能上能下”的用人机制。通过竞争,激发了年轻护士的工作积极性和热情,增加了老护士长的紧迫感与使命感,改善了护理管理较为滞后的局面,促使护理管理工作走上良性循环的轨道。护理改革的深入,思想观念的转变是根本,领导的支持是保证,护理部的正确领导与决策是关键。
Competition for head nurse position starts a new system for nursery.The implementation of competition makes the selection of head nurse open,fair and perfect.The new system changes the tradition of long\|term occupation based on career years to the system of competitive one which encourages the youngers and enforces the elders,Hence,the nursery management has been improved to proper way.The chance of thought,the assistance of the leader and the wise decision of nursery department guarantee the reform a successful one.
