子宫内膜癌中HSP70的表达及其与ER、PR相关性探讨

Expression of Heat Shock Protein (HSP70) in Endometrial Carcinomas and the Correlation between HSP70 and Sex Steroid Receptor Status

目的：为探讨ＨＳＰ７０与子宫内膜癌预后的关系，肿瘤细胞有ＨＳＰ７０的高度表达。方法：用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法分别检测４４例子宫内膜癌组织ＨＳＰ７０、ＥＲ和ＰＲ的表达。结果示内膜癌ＨＳＰ７０表达阳性率为５６．８２％，ＨＳＰ７０随肿瘤细胞分化程度降低ＨＳＰ７０表达升高。结果：内膜癌ＨＳＰ７０表达与ＰＲ呈明显负相关。结论：ＨＳＰ７０与ＰＲ联合有可能成为内膜癌预后判断的有效指标之一。

Aim: To determine the HSP70 expression in Endometrial carcinomas and the relationship between HSP70 pathology and sex steroid receptor. Methods: The immunohistochemical reactivities of monoclonal antibody against HSP70, ER and PR were examined in 44 endometrial cacinomas. Results: Expression of HSP70 was found in 56.82% of endometrial carcinomas and was correlated with histological grade.Expression of HSP70 was signficantly inverse correlated with the expression of PR in endometrial carcinomas. Conclusions: The expression of HSP70 combined with the expression of PR might beauseful prognostic factor of endom- etrial carcinomas.
