摘要
结节病是一种多系统多器官受累的肉芽肿性疾病,常侵犯肺、双侧肺门淋巴结,临床上90%的病例有肺的累及;其次是皮肤和眼睛;肝、脾、肾、骨髓、神经系统和心脏等器官均可受累[1]。
