摘要
目的:评价维纳斯激光治疗仪可调脉宽(VPW)532nm激光治疗鲜红斑痣的临床疗效。方法:用维纳斯激光治疗仪中的倍频532nm激光在7~14丁/cm~2能量、7~10脉宽、4~5℃冷却头温度的条件下治疗鲜红斑痣,同一患者每2~3月进行1次治疗。结果:157例鲜红斑痣中,治疗了1次的患者共60例,其中弱效(颜色消退小于25%)38例(63.3%),有效(颜色消退25~50%)17例(28.3%),显效(颜色消退50~90%)5例(8.3%);治疗了2次的患者共45例,其中无效8例(17.8%),有效15例(33.3%),显效16例(35.5%),痊愈(颜色消退近100%)6例(13.3%);治疗了3次的患者共37例,其中无效1例(2.7%),有效13例(35%),显效12例(32.4%),痊愈11例(29.7%);治疗了4次的患者共12例,有效9例(75%),显效2例(22.2%),痊愈1例(11%);治疗了5次的患者共3例,3例患者均只达到显效。激光治疗的总有效率70%,总痊愈率11.5%。共有4例(2.5%)治疗后出现局限性疤痕。结论:维纳斯VPW532nm激光治疗鲜红斑痣安全有效,但痊愈率较低。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical result in treating patients with Port - wine stains. Methods: Patients with port wine stains were treated by means of Versapulse C device with double frenquency Nd: YAG 532urn laser through a chilled tip (tem- perature controlled between 4 - 5℃) with 7 - 14J/cm^2 energy and 7 - 10ms pulse width. Each patient was treated once every 2 - 3 months. Results: 60 of the 157 patients with port - wine stains, received once laser trentment, of which 38 patients (38.3% ) had weak repowse (< 25% decoloration ) and 17 patients (28.3% ) good respowse (25 - 50% decoloration) and 5 patients (8.3%) excellent response (50 - 90% decoloration), 45 patients received received twice laser treatment, of which 8 patients (17.8% ) had weak respowse and 15 patients (33.3%) good response and 16 patients (35.5%) excellent response and 6 patients (13.3%) cured(nearly 100% decoloration), 37 patients received 3 times laser treatment, of which 1 patient (2.7% ) had weak response and 13 patients good response (35% ) and 12 patients (32.4%) excellent response and 11 patients (29.7%) cured. 12 patients received 4 times laser treatment, of which 9 patients (75% ) had good response and 2 patients (22.2% ) excellent meponse and 1 patient (11% ) cured. All 3 patients receiving 5 times laser treatment showed good response.The total effect rate was 70% and total cared rate was 11.5% .4 patients (2.5% ) had localized scar after laser treatment. Conclusions:Versapulse C device is safe and effective in treating port - wine stains, but the curative rate is low. ms equipment has limitation in this aspect.
