摘要
目的:观察射干总黄酮对维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法:通过维甲酸造成骨质疏松模型,观察50~200 mg/kg射干总黄酮对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学、骨形态计量学的影响。结果:100~200 mg/kg射干总黄酮可剂量依赖性地增加骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、改善骨生物力学指标以及骨小梁厚度,并具有性激素及促性腺激素样作用。结论:射干总黄酮提取物对维甲酸造成的骨质疏松具有改善作用。
To explore the effects of the total flavonoid extracts of Rhizoma Belamcandae on the osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats. nethods:Osteoporosis model rats were induced by fed with retinoic acid (70mg/kg) and randomly separated into groups. The effects of the total flavonoid extracts of Rhizoma Belameandae (50 -200 mg/kg) on the bone mineral density, the bone construction mechanics, and histomorphometric measurement were observed. Results: Total flavonoid extracts of Rhizoma Belamcandae (100-200 mg/kg) dose-depend- ently increased bone mineral density, improved biomechanic indexs and trabecules thickness. It also improved the levels of sex hormone and gonadotropin in osteoporosis rats induced by retinoic acid. Conclusion: The total flavonoid extracts of Rhizoma Belamcandae has beneficial effects on retinoic acid-induced osteoporosis.
