滇越金线兰对高脂饮食联合STZ诱导的大鼠血糖、血脂和肾功能的影响

Active fractions in A. chapaensis on blood glucose,blood lipid and renal function in high lipid diet plus STZ induced diabetic rats

目的:研究滇越金线兰等剂量的总膏及其各极性部位对高脂饮食联合STZ诱导的大鼠模型血糖、血脂和肾功能的影响。方法:对滇越金线兰的总膏用不同极性的溶剂萃取,得到石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水部位。测定总膏和各极性部位对高脂饮食联合STZ诱导的模型大鼠给药后血浆的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、肌酐(CRE)和尿素氮(BUN)。肾脏切片,进行病理学检查。结果:滇越金线兰的乙酸乙酯部位(4 g/kg)可以显著降低模型大鼠的血糖、改善血脂代谢,减少肌酐和尿素氮。各给药部位对糖尿病并发的早期肾损害有改善作用。结论:乙酸乙酯部位为滇越金线兰降血糖、降血脂和改善糖尿病肾病并发症的主要活性部位。

To investigate the effect of different fractions at the same dose from A. chapaensis on blood lipid and renal function in high lipid diet plus STZ induced diabetic rats. Methods： The total EtOH extract was suspended in distilled water and partitioned in sequence with petrol ether（PE）, ethyl acetate（EtOAc）, n-BuOH and I420, thus yielding four fractions. Blood glucose, total cholesterol （TC）, triglycer- ide （TG） , low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） , and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C ） , creatinine （CRE） and blood usea nitrogen（BUN） in rats＇plasma were assayed. Morphological examination of the kidneys were performed. Resulls： On the whole, the EtOAc fraction of A. chapaensis（4 g/kg）showed the best profile in reducing blood glucose, improving hyperlipidemic indexes and renal functions. Conclusion ： The EtOAc fraction from A. chapaensis may be the active part of reducing blood lipid and improving renal function.
