Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of FIos Puerariae

摘要 葛花为豆科野葛或甘葛藤的干燥花,是我国的传统中药,长期以来被用作缓解酒后发热呕吐等症状。现代研究表明,葛花中含有异黄酮、皂苷、挥发油等成分,具有保肝、解酒、保护心肌、降血糖、降血脂等药理活性。采用现代科学技术方法对葛花活性成分及药理作用进行深入的研究,将为葛花的应用开辟了更为广阔的前景。本文对近年来国内外有关葛花的化学成分以及和药理作用方面的最新研究进展进行了系统的综述,以期为更好地开发利用葛花提供科学依据。 Flos Puerariae is the flowers of Pueraria Lobata ( Willd. ) Ohwi or Pueraria thomsonii Benth. , which belongs to traditional Chinese herb- al medicine. It is usually used to alleviate symptoms associated with alcoholism. Research indicates that Flos Puerariae contained many kinds of chemical constituents including isoflavones, saponins and essential oils. It has the pharmacological activities of liver-protecting, anti-ine- briation, myocardial protection, hypoglyeemic activity and hypolipidemie activity. The more research about the constituents and the pharma- cological activity of Flos Puerariae, the more research and development potential about Flos Puerariae will be found. Based on the literature a- bout Flos Puerariae at home and abroad, the constituents and the pharmacological activities are systemically reviewed. It will provide scientif- ic foundation for further development and utilization of Flos Puerariae.
