Survivin-mRNA在肺癌纤维支气管镜活检组织中的表达

Expression of Survivin-mRNA of bronchofiberscope biopsy in lung cancer

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜活检组织Survivin-mRNA的表达对肺癌诊断的价值。方法:纤维支气管镜活检组织常规病理检查分为肺癌组和良性病变组,同时活检组织用RT-PCR方法检测Survivin-mRNA的表达。结果:46例肺癌组Survivin-mRNA表达明显高于17例肺部良性疾病组(P<0.05);肺癌纤支镜活检组织Survivin-mRNA表达与年龄、性别及组织类型无关(P>0.05);低分化NSCLC Survivin-mRNA表达高于高、中分化NSCLC(P<0.05);Ⅲ+Ⅳ期NSCLCSurvivin-mRNA表达高于I+Ⅱ期NSCLC(P<0.05);SCLC广泛期和局限期Survivin-mRNA表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测纤维支气管镜活检组织Survivin-mRNA的表达对肺癌的诊断,恶性程度判断及预后判断有一定的价值。

Objective：To investigate the value of Survivin - mRNA expression by bronchofiberscope biopsy in lung cancer. Methods： According to pathological results, bronchofiberscope biopsy samples were divided into lung cancer group and lung benign disease group, detected the expression of Survivin - mRNA by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results ： Expression of Survivin - mRNA in 46 cases of lung cancer was significantly higher than that of 17 cases of lung benign disease （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the expression of Survivin - mRNA had no relation with age, sex and organization type （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the expression of poorly differentiated NSCLC was higher than that of well - moderately differentiated NSCLC （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the expression of III＋ IV NSCLC was higher than I ＋ II NSCLC （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no difference between the local SCLC and the extensive SCLC （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There was value in lung cancer diagnosis ,judgment of cancer malignant degree and prognosis assessment by detecting Survivin -mRNA expression in bronchofiberscope biopsy samples.
